Scousers + trainers =
It’s been called the Glastonbury for trainerheads, the Champions League play-off for Adifreaks, it’s a world of deadstock and colourway and in-the-know addicts paying homage to the humblest of everyday footwear.
Loving trainers has been elevated to a high art in the North West, and everyone can get in on the act this weekend, see what they’re missing, see what’s on offer and see what the collective world of the trainer experts and aficionados looks like.
The all-day festival will feature traders, collectors and brands showing old, new and unreleased trainers for festival-goers to buy and trade.
Guests will also be able to enjoy an all-day bar, food stalls, on-the-spot cuts and trims from barber and beard specialist Cutthroat Pete, as well as music from some of Liverpool’s best-loved DJs including No Fakin’, Pooky, and the Mighty Mojo.
The last festival in March was a sell-out, with over 1,500 people turning up on the day.
